This sixteen-floor renovation project is currently underway in the Rittenhouse Square section of Philadelphia. Upon completion, it will house eighty-eight apartments with a penthouse suite, amenity space, resident lounge, and fitness center. Substantial completion is expected this summer.

Princeton Court Clubhouse

This facility complements an existing apartment complex and includes offices, a clubroom, billiards room, fitness room, a kitchen and a large outdoor covered patio adjacent to outdoor cooking and dining areas. The clubhouse is located in an extremely confined area between two apartment buildings, requiring detailed scheduling for material deliveries and construction activities to minimize the impact on the residents throughout the construction process.

Palmer View Apartments & Clubhouse

This 186-unit complex consists of 8 apartment buildings and a clubhouse with a swimming pool. The garden style apartments created a campus atmosphere surrounding the centrally located clubhouse and pool facility. Carefully designed common areas and fitness facilities further contribute to the community’s offerings and overall “feel”.

The project is owned and managed by Hilton Realty Company of Princeton, NJ.

Heritage Court Apartments & Clubhouse

This multi-family residential development consists of 6 buildings with 26 apartments (1 and 2-bedroom) per building. The residential buildings surround the centrally located clubhouse, which is equipped with a 24-hour fitness facility, billiards room, business center, indoor/outdoor BBQ area, and swimming pool. The garden style apartments create a campus-like community and atmosphere for its residents.

The project took 18 months to complete, and it is owned and managed by Hilton Realty Company of Princeton, NJ.

Athertyn at Haverford Reserve

AdamsBickel brought detailed project management to this condominium community, constructing five buildings with a timeline spanning over a decade. Each building’s baseline schedule ranged from 14-24 months to ensure careful coordination of design, fabrication, and construction. ABA maintained daily coordination with the owner, homeowners, and project team to complete construction while some units were occupied.  The individual units boast high-end finishes that are customized by each homeowner.

Building 6000 was named Pyramid Awards “Best Multi-Family 55+ Community and Best Multi-Family Home” of the Year.
