AdamsBickel transformed the courtyard at Madison New Britain Apartments into a modern outdoor haven. We expanded the area from a
modest 400 sf to an impressive 2,300 sf, featuring two built-in barbeques and a cozy gas fire pit. The addition of exterior ambient lighting
enhances evening activities, creating the perfect atmosphere for residents to unwind. This project also included a new water retention system to accommodate the new facilities while preserving the surrounding environment and meeting the existing retention requirements. For added safety, we installed extra lighting and security cameras around the pool and courtyard, ensuring peace of mind for all residents.
