Athertyn is a condominium complex in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Adams-Bickel Associates also constructed buildings 4000 and 5000. We are currently installing fourth floor steel framing, and will be pouring fourth floor slab on deck by end of the month. Inside the building we are continuing with metal stud framing, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins. Our goal is to have the building under roof by the middle of October! We have been working hard with Minno & Wasko Architects on this fast-track project. Progress pictures coming soon!
